IN STORE RETURNS

 

When returning an item to our store, you must provide the original receipt showing the item purchased, dated within the previous 15 days. 

 

NEW MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY.

 

Returns for new items, unused, and in the original packaging , with all the manufacturers seals intact for a period of 15 days.  Special ordered items that are not regular in stock products may not be returned. Once and item is used we will not accept a return for any reason including any potential warranty concerns. Some items are subject to special conditions and must be approved by management.  

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY.

MISSING PARTS

Under no circumstances  will we replaced a component from new product to address warranty or missing part concerns. This policy ensures you as a customer always receives a new product.

No returns on the following products.

 . Special customer orders.  (items that are not in stock are considered a special order) 

Opened:

 . Software

 . Paints

 . Adhesives

 . Batteries

 . Fuel

 . Electronic Products

 . Programming cards/Cables

 . Model rockets, rocket engines/igniters

 . Plastic models with torn wrapping or box damage. 

 . Items such as servos, other electronics or Engines that have been mounted are considered used and non-        r

   returnable.

No Warranty on the following products.

 . Glow plugs

 . Paint

 . Adhesives

 . Fuel

 

  Special Orders, Discontinued and Clearance/Stock Reduction items cannot be returned.  All sales on these   items are final.
